After Presenting my ideas to Joasia and Gianni they both provided feedback in order to improve the ideas I had presented. The whole idea of collecting and uploading images of areas from around the world seemed a bit too specific. Joasia mentioned the idea of curating so that the user has an instructed task rather than just an uploading of images that may not even be relevent.
Speaking with Joasia at a later stage, recommended a list of references and previous works to study and critique in order to gain a more solid idea for the critical context project. I was advised that my idea doesn't have to be original and more than likely wouldn't have been, but I can adapt an existing idea to make it relevant to today's technology, or simply to improve the idea/project in ways in which I think it would benefit.
